Description
Communitas is hiring a Day Program Skills Instructor to teach adaptive daily living skills to individuals with developmental disabilities and enhance their work skills through classroom and community services. The instructor will develop curriculum based on their own interests, mentor individuals, create and implement Individual Support Plans (ISP), and plan and oversee community-based activities. The role requires a high school diploma (BA preferred), at least 1 year of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities, a valid driver's license, and successful completion of background checks.
