Description
Anchor Home is hiring a Community Support Supervisor to supervise community support coaches and personal support coaches while coordinating daily operations, maintaining client and staff records, providing direct care and supervision, coordinating community resources, planning group activities, and managing staffing and timesheets. The role requires a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, prior work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, strong communication and organizational skills, and is based in White Marsh, Maryland, Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. at $20-$23 per hour.
