Description
The Arc of Westchester is hiring two full-time Supervisors/Treatment Coordinators to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in site and community-based day programs. The role develops independent-living and employment supports, ensures regulatory compliance, and supervises staff and daily operations. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field, a valid New York driver’s license held for at least two years, at least one year of I/DD experience, and at least one year of supervisory experience; community travel with a personal vehicle is required, while OPWDD-regulation knowledge is preferred.
