Description
CHOICE is hiring a full-time Direct Support Staff member to coach and support people with intellectual disabilities at its day program facility and in the community. Responsibilities include educational and recreational programming, job coaching, community-integration transportation, support-plan delivery, data reporting, and basic health, medical, and personal care. The role requires at least one year of direct-care experience, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Compensation is $20–$21 per hour depending on experience, with a 35–40-hour Monday-through-Friday schedule and no remote work.
