The Arc Eastern Connecticut is hiring a Direct Support Professional in Groton, Connecticut, to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role provides personal care, recreation, daily living, social, health, rights, community integration, behavior management, medication administration, documentation, transportation, meal preparation, and life-skills mentoring. It follows a Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. schedule and requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, basic computer aptitude, English communication skills, and the ability to work with limited supervision.
