Chrysalis is hiring a Day Services Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of its day services program for at-risk adults and juveniles with developmental, intellectual, and medical needs. The role supervises Direct Support Professionals, coordinates person-centered plans and activities, ensures safe staffing and training, supports medication and daily living skills, and completes required documentation. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a company vehicle, eligibility to drive, a passable criminal background check, LEIE compliance, controlled-substance testing, and effective English communication.
