Description
The Loading Bay Team Lead manages daily loading-bay operations in a distribution center, overseeing shipments, logistics activities, team deployment, priorities, downtime, safety, quality, and process improvements. The role also coaches and develops employees, coordinates with technical, dispatch, supply chain, and other departments, and reports to the Warehouse & Distribution Coordinator. Candidates need logistics experience, ERP and WCS knowledge, strong leadership and organizational skills, Dutch proficiency, and a forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one.
