Description
The Production Operator will set up and operate production machines, inspect quality, resolve malfunctions, supply raw materials, follow the production schedule, maintain a safe working environment, record production data, and suggest process improvements. The role is a full-time day-shift position from 06:00 to 15:00, with possible overtime, in a family-owned company producing butter and dough products. Applicants need at least one year of operator or comparable production experience, technical machine-operation knowledge, and a good command of Dutch; HACCP or food-safety knowledge is advantageous. The salary is €2,800–€3,300 gross per month, with vacation days, pension accrual, training opportunities, and travel expense reimbursement.
