The Production Supervisor will lead the production department in Oostakker, coach team members, monitor safety, quality, ergonomics, and environmental standards, track operational KPIs and production schedules, translate business objectives into action plans, and make decisions in a rapidly changing production environment. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree, initial leadership experience, strong analytical skills, a hands-on approach, and fluent Dutch and English communication.
