Description
The Production Team Leader will lead and motivate a production team on the shop floor, monitor schedules, oversee quality, hygiene, and safety, resolve bottlenecks, handle administration and reporting, coordinate with other departments, and remain visible supporting employees. The role requires production and leadership experience, strong decision-making and organizational skills, knowledge of quality and safety standards, and fluent Dutch. It is a day-shift position in a 39-hour workweek with six additional ADV days, including training, career advancement, and employee discounts.
