Description
Randstad is hiring a Test Operator for a high-tech company in Geel that manufactures advanced air traffic management and surveillance systems. The role involves testing assembled circuit boards, troubleshooting and retesting, preparing ISO-compliant test reports, calibrating and repairing devices, supporting R&D and prototyping, and providing technical support to colleagues abroad. The position follows a fixed daytime schedule from Monday through Friday, 08:30–17:00, and requires an Electronics, ICT, or equivalent qualification, MS Electronics knowledge, English and Dutch proficiency, transportation to the site, and a clean criminal record extract.
