Description
The company is hiring a fully remote Dayforce Implementation Project Manager to lead a full HRIS transition from Insperity to Dayforce for a U.S.-based organization of approximately 1,100 employees. The role owns planning through go-live and post-launch stabilization, including project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, stakeholder coordination, testing, issue tracking, and launch readiness. Candidates must have led at least one end-to-end Dayforce implementation or migration and have strong HRIS, payroll, or enterprise implementation project management experience. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, aligned with Eastern Time business hours, and described as long-term.
