DocuSign is hiring a remote Dayforce Technical Lead to serve as the technical subject matter expert for Dayforce solutions across HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting, and Time & Attendance. The role leads configuration, integrations, reporting, data migration, upgrades, testing, release management, troubleshooting, governance, and production support while partnering with HR, finance, compliance, IT, vendors, and engineering teams. It also mentors junior team members and requires at least 8 years of HRIS/HCM experience, including 5+ years of hands-on Dayforce experience.
