Ocado Logistics is hiring a Freezer Warehouse Operative to work in a specialist freezer environment at temperatures as low as -25°C, picking, packing, and dispatching products. The role requires a positive attitude, the ability to handle meat and alcohol, adherence to health and safety instructions, and a reasonable commute; no prior warehouse experience is needed. Day and night shifts are available, with starting pay of £12.84 per hour plus a freezer premium and night-shift premium, along with pension, digital GP, discounts, and progression opportunities.
