Description
InPost Distribution is recruiting a Days Warehouse Supervisor to report to the Shift Manager and oversee day-to-day warehouse operations at its Lutterworth hub. The role manages and motivates a dedicated team, plans staffing and leave, supports labelling and sortation productivity, provides induction and training, collaborates across departments, and maintains a safe, compliant, organized workplace. Candidates need hands-on warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience, supervisory experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel. The position offers various shifts and hours, with pay of £16.15 per hour rising to £16.63 per hour after six months.
