Groupe ESSA is hiring a daytime Class 1 truck driver to perform local and regional deliveries and transportation in the Quebec City region within a 160-kilometer radius. The role involves safe driving, pre-trip inspections, daily reports, compliance with loads and transportation documents, truck maintenance, road safety, and customer service. Applicants need a valid Class 1 driver’s license, a good driving record, at least one year of experience, knowledge of the Quebec City region, reliability, physical fitness, independence, and a positive attitude; manual transmission experience is an asset. The position offers $26 to $30 per hour, provided truck and equipment, a stable schedule, home every day, training, and the possibility of long-term employment.
