Description
The Database Administrator is responsible for maintaining database availability, security, monitoring, troubleshooting, and growth planning; developing business plans, policies, and procedures; performing maintenance and enhancements; and collaborating with other departments to prioritize database needs. The role requires formal education, in-depth technical knowledge and experience, independent problem-solving, and the ability to guide less experienced colleagues. The salary range is 120,000–125,000 USD annually plus benefits, with bonus eligibility.
