Description
The role leads the overall design of hydraulic systems, including system selection, prototyping, commissioning, optimization, and support from concept through mass production. It also drives new product development, analyzes market trends and customer needs, supports product planning, manages customer and ecosystem relationships, and resolves complex technical issues. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, at least three years of related experience, hydraulic-system design knowledge, CAD and SolidWorks proficiency, familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations, cross-functional project management experience, and strong technical problem-solving and communication skills.
