Avery Dennison is hiring an on-site Distribution Center Manager in Prague to oversee assigned teams and coordinate daily manufacturing, shipping, safety, quality, SOP, and performance activities. The role manages human resources and overtime, supervises key performance indicators, leads meetings with operators and technicians, manages Ariba purchasing for consumables and services, maintains SOPs, drives 5S activities, supports team development and safety strategy, and acts as a backup for the DC Manager. Candidates need at least five years of experience in an international manufacturing environment with team-management experience, strong Czech and English communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
