The role performs outbound distribution center functions, including locating and picking merchandise, labeling and consolidating totes, packing orders, operating RF or voice-picking equipment, checking and loading freight, securing trucks, and maintaining accuracy, productivity, and safety standards. Team members with experience may also train new employees. Required skills include communication, accurate number and letter matching, and strong mathematical skills; a high school diploma or equivalent, previous warehouse experience, and fluency in multiple languages are desired.
