Description
Crusoe is hiring a full-time DC Operations & Deployments EHS Safety Manager for its San Francisco office. The role leads on-site safety for deployments and operational data centers, oversees risk assessment and mitigation, develops HSE programs, monitors regulatory compliance, manages incidents and corrective actions, coordinates training, and serves as a liaison with contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies. Candidates need at least seven years of relevant HSE experience, knowledge of federal and state safety regulations and electrical safety standards, strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to work in the United States without sponsorship; 50% travel is required. Compensation is $190,000–$225,000 plus bonus, with restricted stock units and other benefits.
