Crusoe is hiring a full-time DC Operations & Deployments EHS Safety Manager for its San Francisco office. The role leads on-site safety for deployments and operational data centers, oversees risk assessment and mitigation, develops HSE programs, monitors regulatory compliance, manages incidents and corrective actions, coordinates training, and serves as a liaison with contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies. Candidates need at least seven years of relevant HSE experience, knowledge of federal and state safety regulations, electrical safety standards, and strong communication and computer skills; a university degree is preferred. The position requires 50% travel and offers $190,000–$225,000 plus bonus, restricted stock units, and comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
