Description
The Distribution Center Supervisor assists the DC manager in overseeing daily distribution center operations, including service, physical assets, operating costs, compliance, payroll, budgeting, inventory, productivity, recruiting, hiring, training, and team evaluations. The role manages 1–15 supervisors and up to 300 hourly team members, supports annual planning and budgeting, coordinates expenditures, and maintains a safe working environment. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and computer skills, and at least two years of distribution center supervisory experience; a college degree or logistics certification and fluency in multiple languages are desired.
