The role administers defined contribution pension plans for corporate clients, processes member and client transactions, prepares reports, handles inquiries, audits and reconciles data, coordinates with pension and investment stakeholders, and maintains quality and regulatory compliance. The position requires a relevant university degree, 1–2 years of customer-focused pension-industry experience, knowledge of provincial pension and tax legislation, strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments. French and English proficiency and CSC or IFIC designation are assets.
