Description
AWS is hiring a Program Manager for its Brick and Network Deployment team. The role partners with business teams to define and solve customer-impacting problems, identifies predictors and causes of business-related issues, develops forecasting and prediction approaches, and executes analyses to uncover opportunities and recommend process improvements. The position requires at least two years of program or project management experience, cross-functional experience with technology and non-technology teams, Microsoft Excel proficiency, and experience implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
