Bapcor New Zealand is seeking an experienced Distribution Centre Shift Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and distribution operations. The role oversees inventory flow and accuracy, warehouse systems and equipment, safety compliance, team leadership and development, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates need a qualification in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, or a related field, at least four years of warehousing and distribution experience, team leadership experience, WMS and ERP experience, reporting and customer service experience, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
