The Inbound Stocking Supervisor oversees the accurate distribution and stocking of incoming merchandise, including common carrier freight, UPS, WTW, and new store returns. The role supervises inbound personnel, manages safety and security, coordinates inventory adjustments and product line changes, supports hiring and team evaluations, maintains department workflow and organization, and collaborates with operations and HR supervisors. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, detailed and communication skills, multitasking and prioritization, leadership, accuracy, basic computer skills, and the ability to read and match numerical and alpha characters.
