Description
The Fiber Technician Team Lead / Foreman oversees fiber installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and project execution in a data center environment. The role leads and mentors technicians, coordinates structured cabling and rack-and-stack work, performs splicing, termination, testing, and troubleshooting, maintains documentation and safety compliance, and serves as the primary contact for project managers and stakeholders. It is a contract-to-hire, fully onsite position in Burlington, Texas, with a $35.00 per hour pay range and benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, insurance, and other employee benefits.
