Description
The DC Trainer facilitates classroom and on-the-job training for Distribution Center employees, including new-hire instruction, retraining, process improvement, safety training, and employee support. The role coordinates training schedules, maintains records, assists with warehouse operations, and may operate powered lift equipment. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 4–6 years of warehouse experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
