Description
The Distribution Center Trainer provides hands-on training to new and existing warehouse associates on carton and pallet receiving, sorting, loading, safety procedures, and automated material-handling systems. The role also supports daily distribution-center operations, coaches associate performance, conducts safety and behavioral observation walks, identifies process improvements, and collaborates with operations and human resources on training plans. Candidates need at least one year of warehousing or training experience, knowledge of SOPs and safety standards, strong communication and coaching skills, English proficiency, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
