MANTECH is hiring a full-time DC3 Account Lead in Linthicum Heights, Maryland, to serve as the single owner of a DC3 account and primary contract representative for DCISE program leadership. The role owns account strategy, delivery, resource management, project planning, performance monitoring, risk mitigation, revenue and margin outcomes, and senior client relationships, while applying Agile and Scrum Master techniques. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 15+ years of progressively responsible IT project management or systems engineering experience, PMP certification, and a current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. The projected compensation range is $165,900.00-$297,100.00, with health insurance and other benefits available.
