Description
The role is responsible for designing and developing gearbox components for mobile machinery, participating in company development projects, providing technical support to sales, purchasing, manufacturing, and quality departments, collaborating with lead plants in Germany and on engineering improvement projects in China, and solving problems with preventive and improvement measures. The position requires a bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical engineering, knowledge of DRBFM and DFMEA, project experience, and preferably knowledge of gears, bearings, metal materials, and sealing.
