Applicants should have a full-time mechanical or engineering bachelor's degree, 0–2 years of experience, mechanical drawing and machining knowledge, statistical and analytical skills, basic English, structured thinking, communication and teamwork skills, and a commitment to continuous learning and long-term career development.
