Description
The role leads a cross-functional R&D project team for conveyor-line products, managing projects from initiation through mass production delivery. Responsibilities include project planning, milestone tracking, multi-project prioritization, budget and procurement cost control, risk management, quality and manufacturability coordination, and collaboration between R&D, production, and other functions in Changzhou, Suzhou, and Xi'an. The position requires at least two years of industrial product R&D project management experience, one year of mechanical design engineering experience, a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, and familiarity with product development and stage-gate methodologies.
