Description
The role is responsible for new-project procurement, local procurement, third-party procurement, cost-reduction projects, supplier selection, sourcing meetings, material specifications and risk analysis, technical discussions with R&D and quality, sample and trial-production materials, sample approval, and handover after SOP. It requires an electronic-engineering degree or higher, 5–8 years of electronic-materials procurement experience, knowledge of electronic-component cost control and domestic versus international brand substitution, SAP/ERP and office skills, and fluent English.
