Description
The role is responsible for new-project procurement, local procurement, third-party procurement, cost-reduction projects, supplier selection, sourcing meetings, material specifications and risk analysis, technical discussions with R&D and quality, samples and trial-production materials, and handover after materials enter SOP. It requires a mechanical engineering or metal materials background, graduate-level education, 3–5 years of procurement or linear-product technical/engineering experience, knowledge of metal properties and manufacturing processes, cost analysis and negotiation skills, SAP and office skills, and fluent English and Chinese.
