Microsoft is hiring a DCD Subregional Leader - Construction Acceleration to drive speed-to-market outcomes across the Americas construction portfolio. The role develops and executes strategies to accelerate datacenter capacity delivery by optimizing planning, procurement, design, construction, commissioning, and handoff processes; shares lessons learned and innovations; and partners with cross-functional teams to remove barriers and scale successful delivery approaches. The position requires a bachelor's degree in construction project management, architecture, engineering, or a related field plus 12+ years of related experience or equivalent experience, and offers a U.S. base pay range of USD $130,900 to $277,200 per year, with higher ranges for the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
