Description
Magna’s Cosma International is hiring a DCM Setting Team Leader for a Tier 1 automotive supplier environment. Reporting to the Die Casting Process Supervisor, the role leads die-casting machine (DCM) setting activities and the setting team, drives health, safety and environmental compliance, develops team members, coordinates cross-functional problem solving, manages process parameters, improves run-up and shot-to-shot performance, maintains auditable process documentation, and supports new die-casting product and technology launches. The position is regular and permanent, with some overseas travel required.
