Description
Evonik is hiring a Process Control Engineer to provide technical and engineering support for its manufacturing plants’ process control networks. The role covers programming, configuring, troubleshooting, documentation, alarm management, mechanical integrity, capital-project automation support, and improvement projects across the site’s DCS and PLC systems. Candidates need an associate degree in electrical engineering technology or mechatronics, or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, plus at least five years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility; six-sigma and total productivity management experience are beneficial, and proficiency with Control Logix, SLC-5, PLC 2, Modicon, and MOD-300 is required.
