Description
The DD Site Supervisor oversees the daily operation of one or more DD IRA sites and supervises assigned staff, including performance management, hiring, orientation, scheduling, substitute coverage, documentation, safety, medication administration, financial and petty-cash management, and community-integration activities. The role requires an associate degree or high school diploma with related education and experience, leadership experience, a valid New York State license, a good driving record, reliable vehicle access, and completion of required training and certifications.
