Description
Heritage Holding is hiring one full-time Associate to work from its Boston office with a Fall 2026 start date. The role supports the investment team across new platform and add-on acquisition opportunities, including market research, business diligence, financial analysis, investment modeling, deal materials, diligence coordination, data-room management, and support through negotiation, financing, closing, and post-close handoff. The Associate should be analytical, detail-oriented, entrepreneurial, and able to manage multiple transaction workstreams; prior experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, consulting, corporate development, search funds, or a similarly analytical role is preferred.
