Description
The Deal Manager, Cloud Contracting leads the contractual structuring, documentation, negotiation, risk assessment, approval, and quote-to-close execution of OpenText Cloud opportunities. The role collaborates with Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, Security, Privacy, and Cloud Operations, and provides commercial expertise including pricing guidance, profitability analysis, deal modelling, and commercial impact assessments. It also supports improvements to cloud contracting templates, playbooks, processes, and governance.
