KIPP Columbus is hiring a Dean of Instruction to lead instructional quality and teacher development, oversee curriculum and assessment systems, use data to improve student achievement, and support college, career, workforce, and military readiness. The role partners with the School Leader and school leadership team, coaches teachers, leads professional learning, and contributes to an inclusive school culture. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of full-time lead teaching experience, and at least three years of experience leading or coaching teachers; a current Ohio teaching license is preferred or obtainable by the start date.
