Description
The Dean of Students is responsible for maintaining a safe, orderly, and disciplined campus environment by enforcing attendance, punctuality, uniform, and behavior policies; supervising students from opening until dismissal; conducting patrols and incident investigations; documenting disciplinary actions; and communicating with parents and staff. The role operates on an eight-hour split shift covering 6:30 AM–10:30 AM and 2:30 PM–6:30 PM, with a four-hour midday break, and requires a background in education administration, campus security, military, law enforcement, or youth behavioral management, along with strong conflict de-escalation, communication, and reliability skills.
