Amendo is hiring a Debt Collection Officer/Collection Specialist to work as a consultant in Gothenburg or Malmö. The role independently manages unpaid claims from first contact through repayment plans, payment orders, enforcement, bankruptcies, debt restructuring, post-monitoring, and disputes. Candidates should have at least 1–2 years of debt collection experience, experience handling large volumes of cases, strong Swedish communication skills, and the ability to understand legal issues; experience with the Aptic debt collection system is an advantage. The position is described as a consultant assignment with flexible responsibilities and access to Amendo’s benefits portal.
