The role involves entering and verifying client files in Ascend, Microsoft Dynamics, and other systems; coordinating documents and contact points; communicating with prospective clients; explaining insolvency next steps; organizing documentation; and liaising with administrative and banking teams. Candidates need post-secondary education or equivalent experience, at least three years of administrative or clerical experience, strong communication and organization skills, computer literacy, and the ability to work independently. The position offers flexible work arrangements, health and dental coverage, retirement matching, professional development support, and an annual salary of $42,000-$47,000.
