Farber is hiring a remote Debt Solutions Manager in Canada to handle inbound calls from potential clients, assess their financial situations, recommend bankruptcy or consumer proposal services, meet conversion and customer-satisfaction metrics, prepare regulatory documents, arrange final meetings, and manage external referral relationships. The role requires strong listening, selling, closing, negotiation, communication, organization, and time-management skills, along with a results-oriented sales record. It is a permanent full-time position with a base salary of $55,000-$60,000 and an incentive component of $65,000-$80,000, plus health and dental coverage and other benefits.
