British Gas is hiring a Debt Strategy and Performance Analyst to monitor, analyse and optimise debt performance across British Gas Business. The role focuses on debt prevention, cash collection, recovery performance, operational efficiency, commercial performance, reporting, KPI frameworks, process improvement, and evidence-based recommendations. Candidates should have analytical experience in debt management, collections, finance, commercial or operational performance, strong numerical and root-cause analysis skills, and advanced analytical capability using SQL, Power BI, Fabric, Databricks, SAS or similar tools.
