Debug is hiring a Partnerships Manager for India to establish its vector-control business from the ground up. The role owns go-to-market strategy, partnership origination, technology licensing and commercial agreements, operational models, due diligence, and partner relationship management. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 10 years of relevant business development or partnerships experience, and experience with C-level executives and agreement management. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree in public health or life sciences, 12 years of relevant experience, and experience building a new market in India. The role may require travel of up to 50% and is based in Bengaluru, Gurugram, Hyderabad, or Mumbai.
