Description
The ICT/FCT Test Engineer is responsible for handling production test failures, optimizing ICT test programs, maintaining and repairing test equipment, documenting test analysis, preparing work instructions, supporting test engineers, coordinating technical system maintenance, and training operators. The role requires 2–3 years of electronics or EMS experience, 3–5 years of ICT/FCT experience, proficiency with TS124 or 228X equipment and related test instruments, knowledge of electronic schematics and components, familiarity with ISO and IPC standards, and strong 5S and ESD practices.
